What is my background?

I trained in psychodynamic psychotherapy at the University of Roehampton, which is accredited both the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). I have additional trainings in ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy) and EMDR. I am currently doing a research MSc at the Division of Psychiatry at University College London, looking at the latest treatment modalities and which treatments are most effective.

I have further degrees from both London and Cambridge Universities.

I work with a broad range of clients, including many lawyers and City professionals.
